In most cases, "Normal" is the best format for general rich text, while "Formatted" is best when you need to present multiple lines of plain text (such as a block of code, for example).Īlthough headings do have their own styles, which can help visually organize content on the page, they also play a critical role in helping users of screen readers navigate the content on your page.
